Service Description
Regular exercise has been shown to have a positive impact on physical and mental health. By using the gym, members can work on improving their cardiovascular health, increasing muscle strength and endurance, and managing their weight. In addition, gym membership includes up to ten (10) sessions with the personal trainer, Michael Prentice. This would allow members to personalise their workouts for their specific needs. Booking time in the Community Centre Gym can also provide an opportunity for social interaction and community building. Members may meet other individuals who share similar fitness goals and interests and can encourage each other in their fitness journeys. Gym Membership is $300 monthly and is exclusively for Centre Members. Centre Membership is $100 annually.
