About
Doctors recommend getting at least five portions of fruits and veggies into your diet every day. Easier said than done, but no worries! Get the encouragement you need to keep your health on track, plus some ideas for healthy alternatives. We know it can be a challenge for you to eat all five servings of fruits and vegetables every day. That's why we're keeping it simple for the next 30 days, with the Mayo Clinic 1-2-3 approach. The 1-2-3 approach can help you pack in all your servings - and more - throughout the day. Get six servings by eating: 1 serving with breakfast 2 with lunch 3 with dinner and snacks We really want you to succeed, so we're going to ease up to six servings a day. That means, we'll start off with two servings a day and increase weekly to five servings by the fourth week.
